Pienamente soddisfatto, invece, del reparto di fisioterapia dove ho trovato un professionista sempre disponibile e molto competente. S	Sara Muccignat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciate perdere le visite agonistiche per lo sport. 1 settimana per avere l'esito, fanno pagare 60 euro per fare solo elettrocardiogramma e prova sforzo. Non pesano non fanno spirometria non guardano occhi, chiedono solo le informazioni al paziente. Forget the competitive visits for sport. 1 week to get the result, they charge 60 euros to do only electrocardiogram and stress test. They don't weigh, they don't do spirometry, they don't look at eyes, they just ask the patient for information.
V	Vanessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mio figlio a fare un tampone, visto che stava male e avevamo fatto due tamponi di diverso tipo a casa e risultati positivi, pagato 35 euro, gli fanno un tampone salivare(premetto in farmacia costa solo 12 euro) e risulta negativo, la stessa sera vengo a sapere che un'altro bimbo che è stato a stretto contatto con il mio è positivo, lo riporto a fare un'altro tampone che nel giro di due secondi era già positivo. Soldi buttati e prezzo altissimo x un tampone alla fine salivare e non veritiro. Vergognatevi. Sarebbe il caso di avvisare i pazienti nel sito, perché ad es. io ho pagato il tampone privatamente proprio per non fare il drive in. Inoltre sul sito sembra impossibile prenotare se non pagando anticipatamente, mentre quando si arriva si scopre che si può andare in qualsiasi momento anche senza prenotazione. The swabs are no longer made in the polysmedic headquarters, but in an abandoned industrial area, through a drive-in. It would be appropriate to warn patients on the site, because eg. I paid the swab privately just for not doing the drive in. Furthermore, on the site it seems impossible to book unless you pay in advance, while when you arrive you discover that you can go at any time even without a reservation.

I called so many other places to book an appointment for a simple PCR test TEN days prior to my overseas flight but was always put on hold, or they pretended to be fully booked! The clinic is easy to find and the staff is genuinely helpful; especially the young lady at the "accettazioni" counter was super friendly and patient as well as the male nurse who did the swab test professionally. I paid 82 Euros and the test result was sent to my mobile phone the next day. Best wishes to the whole team and please stay safe!
