Dopo vari preventivi sui vari territori della Romagna ho avuto la fortuna di trovare un Team di Ragazzi preparati,onesti, schietti che ci hanno seguito per tutto dalla A alla Z per questo devo dire Grazie a Matteo, Irene, ed Elena.. Grazie mille Elena per i tuoi suggerimenti! Anche se abbiamo avuto modo di interagire solo a livello telefonico con Irene e Matteo, è stato sufficiente per capire la cortesia; estendiamo loro i nostri complimenti! Irene è stata paziente e direi speciale nel seguirmi nel fare i "rendering/progettazione della posa" e non è stata da meno Elena in sua assenza: sempre super gentile e efficace/efficiente. Mi hanno aiutata nella scelta delle piastrelle, Matteo gentilissimo a portarle ed accostarle e mi hanno dato preziosi consigli anche nella disposizione delle stesse a rivestimento, nel decidere la quantità da ordinare per non avere troppo sfrido ma solo una minima scorta. Non da meno: veloci e disponibili nella comunicazione: sia via mail che al telefono. Insomma piastrelle bellissime e buone (il mio posatore è entusiasta della qualità) ma sopratutto personale davvero top e competente e che rende le cose "snelle". Ottimo e ....continuate così! Buone meritate vacanze natalizie a tutti. Professional, welcoming and prepared staff. Dear, available, and timely delivery. Irene was patient and I would say special in following me in doing "laying / designing the pose" and Elena was no less in her absence: always super nice and effective / efficient. They helped me in choosing the tiles, Matteo very kind to bring them and put them next to each other and they gave me valuable advice also in the arrangement of the same to cover, in deciding the quantity to order in order not to have too much scrap but only a minimum stock. Not least: fast and available in communication: both by email and by phone. In short, beautiful and good tiles (my installer is enthusiastic about quality) but above all really top and competent staff that makes things "slim". Great and .... keep it up! Good Christmas holidays for everyone.
