Il ragazzo era anche molto caro e disponibile finché non è arrivato un mobile completamente sbagliato (aveva fatto l’ordine con il vecchio preventivo, non quello aggiornato) tra l’altro dopo tempi di attesa lunghissimo. Lo abbiamo portato a casa noi (tragitto brevissimo) e una volta aperto ci siamo accorti che era sfasciato nel fondo dietro. Ho mandato foto immediatamente, facendo anche notare che il mobile non era quello che avevamo concordato. Morale della favola: per loro il mobile lo avevamo rotto noi quindi ormai ce lo dovevamo tenere così anche se era effettivamente sbagliato. Sono passati mesi perché avevo talmente il nervoso che non riuscivo nemmeno a scrivere la recensione. Ma era giusto farlo. sicuramente ribatteranno come avevano fatto dopo la prima telefonata (in cui si erano scusati e avevano detto che avrebbero provveduto a cambiare il mobile dato che aveva ante al posto di cassetti, maniglie sbagliate, ecc). Dopo tre giorni se la sono cavata liquidandoci con la scusa del fondo con il buco. Unfortunately very bad experience. But it was right to do it. they will surely reply as they did after the first phone call (in which they apologized and said they would change the furniture since it had doors instead of drawers, wrong handles, etc.). After three days they got away with liquidating us with the excuse of the bottom with the hole.
