Purtroppo dopo aver acquistato e pagato al momento del ritiro ho dovuto subire la maleducazione e cafonaggine di un addetto al magazzino che prima si è comportato in malo modo e poi se ne è proprio andato via. Non sto qui a dilungarmi, ma dovendo mettere il pacco di materiale in auto e non usandolo per l'edilizia non potevo prendere un pacco con l'imballaggio rotto, pieno di terra e d'acqua fuori e dentro. Bastava semplicemente aprire una pila che stava ad 1 metro, darmi un pacco che non avesse l'imballaggio squarciato e al limite fargli un'asciugata veloce con un qualsiasi straccio sopra. Tempo 1 minuto di lavoro a voler essere abbondanti. Purtroppo invece di trovare un dipendente normale, ho trovato altro, ma senza una spiegazione valida, cioè proprio semplicemente un tizio cafone e maleducato, ma maleducato sul serio. A nulla è servito l'intervento del cortese impiegato, il magazziniere si è rifiutato totalmente. Unica soluzione annullare la fattura, rimborsare i soldi e farmi andare via senza quello che mi serviva. Io penso che un imprevisto possa sempre sorgere, ma tra persone educate e perbene, basta un attimo per risolverlo, trattare un cliente così non ha giustificazione...mai vista una cosa del genere.
