Quando risponde la segreteria col messaggio "lasciate il vostro numero e sarete richiamati" è una pura presa in giro, non richiamano mai. Potrebbero essere un po' più seri e professionali e non la solita S.P.A. che lucra silla salute. For simple information you have to go in person, they never answer the phone. Le visite a pagamento costano molto meno della media e la mia esperienza con lo specialista è stata più che soddisfacente. il personale è cortese. Attenzione alle visite di primo pomeriggio. Poco dopo le 13 è presente una sola persona in reception/centralino (su tre) e la coda si allunga esageratamente. Bisogna presentarsi con almeno mezz'ora di anticipo Modern and clean rooms; the waiting rooms could be a little larger. Il servizio di prenotazione e informazioni è inesistente!!! Si possono passare giornate intere a cercare di parlare ma risulta perennemente occupato oppure c’è la musica. L’altro giorno mi sono dovuta recare personalmente per chiedere una informazione e dei due sportelli ne funzionava solo 1 e in effetti c’erano solo 6 persone, e nell’altro sportello c’era una signorina attaccata al telefono e non parlava certo di problemi inerenti il campo medico. Allora eliminare la possibilità di telefonare se vi secca rispondere!! All’ingresso c’è la macchinetta con i 3 smile per indicare il grado di soddisfazione dove ovviamente ho cliccato il tasto rosso, ma peccato che non funzionava probabilmente la macchina era staccata!! Inoltre il totem che illustra tutti i servizi offerti cambia pagina velocemente per cui non si fa in tempo a leggere nulla, il temporizzatore va regolato altrimenti non serve a niente. Cercato di contattare dottore per un raffronto, non è stato possibile mi viene detto che mi avrebbe ricevuto dopo una settimana nella struttura che sarei dovuta andare alle 1430 direttamente in ambulatorio, non c era bisogno di accettazione ne di pagamento. Il giorno dell appuntamento mi reco alle 1415 all ambulatorio , ed attendo la chiamata ma alle 15 ancora nulla, quando mi avvicino e chiedo al dottore per chiedere del mio appuntamento mi risponde che non vedeva l accettazione io replico dicendo ciò che mi aveva detto la receptionist . Il dottore invece replica che dovevo fare l accettazione e che avrei dovuto pagare la visita!!!! Per un raffronto??? O meglio per una domanda??Che non ho potuto fare telefonicamente ne via mail xche non ha rilasciato nessun contatto? E tra l altro durante la visita non ha neppure esposto se ci potevano essere effetti collaterali. Vergognoso!!
