A volte la fila è lunga e stressante, specie se si ha fretta, ma è dovuto tutto alla cronica carenza di personale. Chi va in pensione non viene sostituito e il lavoro, stranamente, aumenta quotidianamente. Cerchiamo di avere, tutti, un po' di pazienza e comprensione! Un sorriso in più da ambo i lati. Grazie On a human dimension, interpersonal relationships still exist here. Sometimes the queue is long and stressful, especially if you are in a hurry, but it is all due to the chronic shortage of staff. Non si può dire lo stesso dell'ufficio immigrazione: se mi date un appuntamento alle 9.30 perché sono ancora qua alle 12?! Tanto vale non darlo, almeno vengo quando mi pare ed evitate di farmi perdere tempo! Great service at the complaints office: fast and friendly staff. The same cannot be said of the immigration office: if you give me an appointment at 9.30, why am I still here at 12 ?! We might as well not give it, at least I'll come when I want and avoid wasting my time!

Come si prende un appuntamento?? se vai in Questura ti dicono di mandare la mail e poi nessuno risponde. VERGOGNA!!!! Immigration Office does not respond to emails or phone calls. How do you make an appointment? if you go to the police station they tell you to send the email and then no one answers. SHAME!!!!

My ticket number was C 41, when my time come to go and give the documents, the officer who was in the sportello N°2 Ask me to wait for another person who was just arrived! I ask her what is the reason of having tickets here if you don't follow them? She said the made the rules here. And i think that's was discrimination just because I'm not white Italian! What a shame
