Shameful appointment management with all the money they would like for their performance they are unable to handle the simple things ... I will definitely go somewhere else unprofessional !!

Per una semplice visita ginecologica e pap test pagato 200 €.
Un anno fa per la stessa prestazione pagato 130 €.
Viste le condizioni economiche generali aumento vergognoso.
Increase in performance SHAME.
For a simple gynecological examination and pap smear paid 200 €.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo aspettato più di 4 mesi per un appuntamento, questione comprensibile per quanto riguarda il periodo. Arriva il giorno dell'appuntamento ci avvisano che la dott.ssa sta male e che richiameranno loro per un altro appuntamento, più sentiti. Abbiamo sollecitato un po' scocciati e alla fine ci trovano posto, arriva il giorno ci presentiamo in leggero anticipo (10 min) scoprendo che ci sono due persone davanti, quindi l'appuntamento salta per motivi di tempo e lavoro. Non sono solita a scrivere recensioni negative, ma mi aspettavo un po' più di serietà e competenza vista la fascia di prezzo del posto. Esperienza personale estremamente negativa.
We have waited more than 4 months for an appointment, which is understandable as far as the period is concerned. The day of the appointment arrives, they warn us that the doctor is ill and that they will call them back for another appointment, more heartfelt. We urged a little annoyed and in the end they find us a place, the day arrives we show up slightly early (10 min) discovering that there are two people in front, so the appointment skips for reasons of time and work. I'm not used to writing bad reviews, but I expected a little more seriousness and competence given the price range of the place. Extremely bad personal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi esprimo sulla competenza della dottoressa che qualche anno fa mi prese in carico per un problema e dalla quale volevo tornare per essere seguita nuovamente... Ma aspettare 1 ora e 15 minuti senza essere chiamata, dopo aver aspettato mesi per la visita, privata ovviamente, e dopo aver chiesto 2 ore di permesso al lavoro mi sembra davvero vergognoso e irrispettoso verso le pazienti. E non c'erano state urgenze, è proprio una modalità consolidata visti anche altri commenti ed esperienze di conoscenti.
Ovviamente me ne sono andata per tornare al lavoro con il rammarico di non averlo detto direttamente alla dottoressa .
I do not express myself on the competence of the doctor who a few years ago took me in charge for a problem and from whom I wanted to return to be followed again ... But to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes without being called, after waiting months for the visit, private obviously, and after asking for 2 hours of leave to work it seems to me really shameful and disrespectful towards the patients. And there were no urgencies, it is a consolidated modality also considering other comments and experiences of acquaintances.
Obviously I left to go back to work with the regret of not having told the doctor directly.
