★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un appuntamento oggi (01 giugno) alle ore 10 e alle ore 8.55 vengo chiamato per disdire perché non avevano i dispositivi necessari per l'intervento;
Credo che non riuscire ad organizzare un intervento con una prenotazione fatta circa 20 giorni fa sia una mancanza di professionalità e poca serietà nel fissare appuntamenti.
La professionalità non è di casa in questo poliambulatorio

 I had an appointment today (01 June) at 10 am and at 8.55 am I am called to cancel because they did not have the necessary devices for the surgery;
I believe that not being able to organize an intervention with a reservation made about 20 days ago is a lack of professionalism and a lack of seriousness in making appointments.
