★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti!! Il personale, a partire dalla receptionist finì ad arrivare ai dottori è molto cortese e professionale. I locali sono assolutamente puliti e igienizzati. Per qualsiasi visita medica che dovrò fare penso proprio che mi rivolgerò qui
 Congratulations!! The staff, from the receptionist to the doctors, are very courteous and professional. The premises are absolutely clean and sanitized. For any medical examination that I will have to do I think I will contact here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sposo in toto la recensione della mia collega Sig.Mirna. 3 prenotazioni, 3 conferme, ma al nd arrivo ne risultava solo 1. Meno male che avevamo la mail di conferma ed i passaporti per poter rinserire i dati ... A questo devo aggiungere che alla recensione della mia collega, le hanno risposto in privato dandole DELL'IDIOTA, e scrivendo che non le sarà più permesso di prenotare presso la loro struttura. Ma siamo voi che non verremo mai più nel vostro poliambulatorio.
Di sicuro una gestione con un minimo di professionalità, avrebbe chiesto scusa per il disservizio e non insultato in privato.... Pazzesco
Unfortunately I totally agree with the review of my colleague Mrs Mirna. 3 reservations, 3 confirmations, but on arrival there was only 1. Luckily we had the confirmation email and passports to be able to re-enter the data ... To this I must add that to my colleague's review, they answered her in private giving her THE IDIOT, and writing that she will no longer be allowed to book at their facility. But it is you who will never come to your clinic again.
Certainly a management with a minimum of professionalism, would have apologized for the disservice and not insulted in private .... Crazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tampone molecolare al costo di 65 euro ( apparentemente letto su un insegna all’ingresso ) dopodiché si scopre che prenotandolo online ti chiedono 100/150 euro !!! Complimenti per la vostra professionalità ed onesta !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci hanno fatto prenotare su un portale, inserendo tutti i dati, per poter effettuare 3 tamponi molecolari. Ricevo le mail di conferma, ma arrivati in struttura, risultava una sola prenotazione.... abbiamo quindi dovuto rinserire tutti i dati, e meno male che avevamo i passaporti, perché senza il numero di passaporto non avremmo potuto effettuarlo.......
Abbiamo anche richiesto , per una persona, la possibilità di prenotare per le 17:15, ci è stato risposto, in maniera non troppo gentile , di no, causa problemi di sovraffollamento......
Peccato che alla fine vi erano pochissime persone.
Gentilissime, invece l'infermiera e la signora al ricevimento.
They made us book on a portal, entering all the data, to be able to carry out 3 molecular swabs. I receive the confirmation emails, but arrived at the structure, there was only one booking .... we therefore had to re-enter all the data, and thank goodness we had passports, because without the passport number we would not have been able to make it ..... ..
We also requested, for one person, the possibility of booking for 5:15 pm, we were answered, in a not too kind way, no, due to overcrowding problems ...
Too bad that in the end there were very few people.
Very kind, however, the nurse and the lady at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri dalle 10 alle 11 ,orario in cui si possono fare i tamponi , sono stata mandata via perché le segretarie mi hanno detto che il medico non c' era perché era andato via per un altro impegno.
Complimenti! Mi è stato creato un grande disagio e lo sconsiglio.

I had to do the molecular swab. The person who performed it was really great and understanding as I was a little scared. The cute secretary. The report arrived on time. A thousand thanks.
