★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata questa Mattina previo appuntamento, dall’allergologo , sono entrata per iniziare la vista con i test come precisato al momento dell appuntamento, dopo aver spiegato il tutto al medico , mi ha detto ; ah io non ho tempo per fare i test , lo avevo detto alla reception ( era un ragazzo quello che mi ha risposto ), se vuole le prescrivo la terapia lo stesso , non sapendo a cosa fossi allergia o meno ... sono rimasta senza parole per la poca professionalità, almeno hanno avuto la decenza di non farmi pagare la vista , che in realtà non è manco stata fatta . Sicuramente non ci tornerò più e andrò in altri centri più professionali .
 I went this morning by appointment, to the allergist, I went in to start the sight with the tests as specified at the time of the appointment, after having explained everything to the doctor, she told me; ah I don't have time to take the tests, I told the reception (it was a boy who answered me), if you want I will prescribe the therapy anyway, not knowing what I was allergy to or not ... I was speechless for the lack of professionalism, at least they had the decency not to make me pay for the view, which in reality has not even been done. I will definitely not go back and go to other more professional centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questa struttura da parecchi anni e, quando ho necessità di cure fisioterapiche, non esito a rivolgermi alla competenza del personale del San Giuseppe che reputo sicuramente sopra la media rispetto ad altre strutture, sia in ambito territoriale sia in ambito regionale, alle quali in passato ho avuto la necessità di rivolgermi.
Tutt'ora sono in cura per problemi di cervicalgia e sono soddisfatto sia della "pazienza" che il personale ha con me, sia del beneficio che sto ottenendo.
I have known this structure for several years and, when I need physiotherapy treatments, I do not hesitate to turn to the competence of the staff of the San Giuseppe, which I certainly consider above the average compared to other structures, both in the territorial and regional contexts, to which in the past I had the need to contact.
I am still being treated for neck pain problems and I am satisfied with both the "patience" that the staff has with me and the benefit I am getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non potevo dare 0 stelle. Tempo fa ho prenotato una visita dermatologica alle ore 17 con la dott.ssa Bruni. Arrivo.. In segreteria le ragazze sono state gentilissime.. Mi fanno accomodare vicino alla porta dell'ambulatorio. 17 e 10 esce il paziente.. La dottoressa inizia a parlare con una signora di cose private(si sentiva tutto) 17 e 30 chiede di cambiare il filtro dell'aria condiziata.. Poteva farlo dopo dato che aspettavo in sala d'attesa dalle 17..va bene.. 17e 45.. Vado a chiedere alle ragazze che gentilmente si scusano.. Ma alle 18 mi sono veramente infastidita e sono andata via.. Considerando anche il fatto che avevo pagato una baby sitter per poter andare a fare la visita, soldi buttati visto che li ho passati in una sala d'attesa.le ragazze hanno provato a propormi un altro appuntamento ma ovviamente non ho accettato. Dottoressa priva di professionalità sconsigliata.
Unfortunately I couldn't give 0 stars. Some time ago I booked a dermatological visit at 5 pm with Dr. Bruni. Arrival .. In the office the girls were very kind .. They make me sit near the door of the clinic. 17 and 10 the patient comes out .. The doctor starts talking to a lady about private things (he could hear everything) 17 and 30 asks to change the air conditioning filter .. She could do it later since I was waiting in the waiting room from 17 .. okay .. 17 and 45 .. I go to ask the girls who kindly apologize .. But at 18 I got really annoyed and I left .. Considering also the fact that I had paid a babysitter to be able to go to the visit, money wasted as I spent it in a waiting room. the girls tried to offer me another appointment but obviously I didn't accept. Doctor without professionalism not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo eseguito il tampone molecolare alle ore 12 per cui era previsto che ricevessimo l'esito entro le 24 ore. In serata avevamo già l'esito, molto prima del previsto, quindi possiamo solo dire che è stata un'ottima esperienza e inoltre il personale è molto attento e cortese!
We performed the molecular swab at 12 o'clock so we were expected to receive the result within 24 hours. In the evening we already had the outcome, much earlier than expected, so we can only say that it was a great experience and also the staff are very attentive and courteous!
