Impossible to contact the doctors, 45 uninterrupted minutes I try to call and neither switchboard nor doctor who answer ??? How do you ask for information? It is a particular period I am aware of, but for this very reason we should give a better service.

At home, positive for covid, high fever and pains everywhere, 2 hours of continuous calls to the switchboard and I never managed to get the line !!!!! Finally they answer and tell me to call back !!!! Same thing for my husband's doctor, who is also positive. In short, after hours of trying, I talk to the doctor who quickly liquidates me saying to take Tachipirina and brufen for the pain !!!!! However, now I have finished the quarantine, I am fine and I have to do the control swab to understand if I am negative then free ... I was a whole afternoon 3 hours in a row to call the switchboard .. never answered !!!!! I sent a message on my doctor's cell phone and I have not received an answer !!!! This morning I call at 8.30 a certain Francesca answers me, who tells me that when the doctor arrives he sends me the referral for the tampon by email ... obviously I ask if she can do it immediately as soon as she arrives because I have urgency (to keep in mind that there they want at least 4 days for the outcome and if I can't and do it today, which is Friday, I lose another week of work ...) in short, this rude tells me that the doctor will do it when she has time .. if not at 10 she will later ... and she tells me that I'm wasting her time because she has calls down ... and throws the phone down !!!!!! I am appalled and incredulous by this poor service done by incompetent people. As soon as I can go out I will make the necessary reports to those in charge and I will certainly change doctor !!!
