M	Milena M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A luglio dell’anno scorso ho avuto un incidente in autostrada con conseguenti problemi con la schiena, collo e braccia, che non riuscivo a curare. Mi sono rivolta anche da specialisti fuori Trieste, che continuavano a dirmi che i dolori erano “normali”, e prescrivermi varie terapie (e fisioterapie) che ho seguito, ma nonostante il passare del tempo (settimane diventate mesi) continuavo a non avere alcun miglioramento. Poi sono venuta a sapere anche di questo centro e del dott. Segina e finalmente le cose sono cambiate e ora sto molto meglio. Il personale è cortese, professionale e gentilissimo, mi hanno seguito costantemente e con pazienza utilizzando anche macchinari specifici che altrove non avevo mai visto e che mi hanno aiutato non poco a guarire. Ho deciso anche di fare un po’ di palestra da loro proprio per questi motivi. Li consiglio vivamente perché per me hanno davvero fatto la differenza. Bravi tutti e un grande grazie ?? In July last year I had an accident on the highway resulting in problems with my back, neck and arms, which I could not cure. I also turned to specialists outside Trieste, who continued to tell me that the pains were "normal", and prescribe me various therapies (and physiotherapy) that I followed, but despite the passage of time (weeks become months) I continued to have no improvement . Then I also learned about this center and about Dr. Segina and finally things have changed and now I'm much better. The staff is courteous, professional and very kind, they followed me constantly and with patience also using specific machines that I had never seen anywhere else and that helped me a lot to heal. I also decided to do a bit of a workout from them just for these reasons. I highly recommend them because they really made a difference for me. All good and a big thank you ??

L'ultima è stata pochi mesi fa per dolori alla cervicale. Con poche sedute di massaggi ed esercizi in palestra il problema è man mano sparito quasi del tutto, ovviamente sta anche a me seguire i loro consigli anche dopo le sedute e fare esercizi a casa per non far tornare il problema, ma grazie a loro sto molto meglio. Li consiglio per la cordialità, professionalità ed un' ottima palestra grande, ben fornita di attrezzature moderne. Twice in the span of ten years I had to go to them and both times I found myself really well. The last was a few months ago for neck pain. With a few sessions of massages and exercises in the gym the problem has gradually disappeared almost completely, obviously it is also up to me to follow their advice even after the sessions and do exercises at home so as not to return the problem, but thanks to them I am very much better. I recommend them for their friendliness, professionalism and an excellent large gym, well equipped with modern equipment.

I am happy too. I have gone for several therapy/workout sessions so far, to strengthen my muscles supporting my spine and knee. My girlfriend with several back issues, receives serious physical manipulation of some kind, on her back by hand, of her muscles. Clean, his and hers locker bathroom areas, air conditioner. This is the place to come if you need an opinion, rehab / rehabilitation, or therapy after an accident, sports injury, have pain in your back, spine, neck etc., that cannot be helped seemingly. They offer diagnosis, opinion, treatments, therapies, and more that I do not know about. Very knowledgeable, nice, helpful staff, fantastic work out machines , great trainers. They do speak English. Highly recommended.
