★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono loro cliente da anni, e ogni volta sono costantemente in ritardo, esempio: appuntamento per la visita alle 9:30 entri alle 10:15 se va bene.. Essendo una struttura privata non è accettabile.
Specifico che non è successo una volta ( che può capitare ) ma succede ogni volta..
Peccato perché basterebbe prendere qualche appuntamento in meno per dare un po’ di qualità e rispetto ai propri clienti.
I have been their client for years, and every time I am constantly late, for example: appointment for the visit at 9:30 you enter at 10:15 if all goes well .. Being a private structure it is not acceptable.
I specify that it didn't happen once (which can happen) but it happens every time ..
Too bad because it would be enough to take a few less appointments to give a little quality and respect to your customers.
