★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita oculistica: ho trovato personale Oss Infermieristico e Medico molto gentile, disponibile e compete, a ogni passaggio spiegavano quello che facevano e cosa avrei sentito quando mi mettevano le varie gocce negli occhi per gli esami...I poliambulatori non sono pulitissimi, ma credo anche che sia difficile in un posto così vecchio e con linoleum che è impossibile da pulire dopo tanti anni. All'ingresso giusto controllo di temperatura e gel per sanificazione mani che trovi anche nei vari corridoi.
Eye examination: I found Oss Nursing and Medical staff very kind, helpful and competent, at each step they explained what they did and what I would feel when they put the various drops in my eyes for the exams ... also that it is difficult in a place so old and with linoleum that it is impossible to clean after so many years. At the right entrance, temperature control and hand sanitizing gel that you can also find in the various corridors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 17 di questo mese ( Agosto) verso le 08.30 mentre aspettavo una visita otorino, vedo passare una dipendente senza mascherina. Parlando al telefono raccontai questo fatto. Dopo un po' avevo davanti a me due dipendenti ( uomo e donna). Il signor mi ha detto che non potevo fare riprese. Per qualche secondi sono rimasta confusa e ho detto potevano controllare il mio cellulare. Se era formato un bel gruppetto di questi dipendenti che continuavano a accusarmi di avere fatto riprese. Per concludere il signor, unico maschio nel gruppo diabolico mi ha minacciata. MI SONO PENTITA DI NON AVER CHIAMATO I CARABINIERI anche se ho fatto la denuncia la dentro. Unica cosa positiva è stato la visita. Molto brava la dottoressa
On the 17th of this month (August) around 08.30 while I was waiting for an ENT examination, I see an employee without a mask pass by. Speaking on the phone I related this fact. After a while I had two employees in front of me (man and woman). Mr. told me I couldn't shoot. For a few seconds I was confused and said they could check my cell phone. If there was a nice handful of these employees who kept accusing me of filming. Finally Mr., the only male in the diabolical group threatened me. I regretted not calling the police even though I filed the complaint in there. The only positive thing was the visit. Very good doctor
