★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo una visita prenotata con il dermatologo della struttura alle 18.10, per un inconveniente arrivo nella struttura alle 18.15, sll’accettazione ho davanti 1 persona, mentre attendo (e ci tengo a precisare erano le 18.15) passa un medico tranquillo con la sua sacca che sembrava avesse finito il turno, la segretaria mi dice di accomodarmi all’ ambulatorio 8 e attendo...passati pochi minuti mi raggiunge per dirmi che il medico se ne era andato perché ero in ritardo e scopro che il medico era quello che con 5 minuti di ritardo aveva alzato i tacchi !!!! Ma stiamo scherzando? Che serietà è mai questa? Quando dobbiamo attendere i loro ritardi dobbiamo avere pazienza quando si tratta del paziente invece ? E non ha neppure avuto la decenza di dire alla segretaria che se ne andava ...esperienza assolutamente negativa ...lo sconsiglio ( almeno per le visite dermatologiche)
I had a visit booked with the dermatologist of the structure at 18.10, due to an inconvenience I arrived at the structure at 18.15, I accepted 1 person in front of the reception, while I wait (and I want to clarify it was 18.15) a quiet doctor passes with his bag that seemed to have finished the shift, the secretary tells me to sit at the clinic 8 and I wait ... after a few minutes she reaches me to tell me that the doctor had left because I was late and I find out that the doctor was the one with 5 minutes of late he had raised his heels !!!! Are we joking? What seriousness is this? When we have to wait for their delays do we have to be patient when it comes to the patient instead? And he didn't even have the decency to tell the secretary that he was leaving ... absolutely negative experience ... I don't recommend it (at least for dermatological visits)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stelle sono davvero poche per descrivere la galassia di servizi cui si può accedere anche solo telefonicamente; ma finchè non si varca la soglia della struttura non si può immaginare quale cortesia, disponibilità, ed efficienza accompagnano il paziente.
Dalla struttura di Reception si viene accolti con un'attenzione cordiale e sorridente, anche nell'illustrazione di quali passaggi si dovranno affrontare. 100 stelle alle Signore e Signorine che si fanno davvero in 4 per ridurre anche le ansie dei non più giovani....
in un elogio globale segnalerei l'esperienza personale di un'assistenza straordinaria da parte del personale tecnico della Risonanza magnetica e TAC: Nelle mie tribolazioni non ho avuto vicina solo una figura di alta professionalità, ma una vero e proprio angelo custode un camice rosso. La sua pazienza è stata eroica.
Ho fruito di visite ortopediche ed attualmente sono nelle mani esperte del fisioterapista che risponde al nome di Germano, ma per come mi segue meriterebbe la beatificazione e la menzion d'onore.
Bongi Sanitas: Un'eccellenza che conforta in un panorama sanitario disastrato.

5 Stars are very few to describe the galaxy of services which can be accessed only by telephone; but until you cross the threshold of the structure you cannot imagine what courtesy, availability, and efficiency accompany the patient.
From the Reception structure you are greeted with friendly and smiling attention, even in the illustration of which steps you will have to face. 100 stars to the Ladies and Young Ladies who really go out of their way to reduce the anxieties of those who are no longer young ....
in a global praise I would point out the personal experience of an extraordinary assistance by the technical staff of the MRI and CT scan: In my tribulations I have not only had a highly professional figure close by, but a real guardian angel in a red coat. His patience was heroic.
I have benefited from orthopedic visits and are currently in the expert hands of the physiotherapist who responds to the name of Germano, but for how he follows me he would deserve beatification and honorable mention.
Bongi Sanitas: An excellence that comforts in a disastrous healthcare landscape.

fisioterapico ed uno di medicina del lavoro. Veramente una realtà moderna e completa, se ne vedono pochi
di servizi così.
Very good, kind, professional what more could you want? And they also have a related center
physiotherapy and one of occupational medicine. Truly a modern and complete reality, few of them are seen
of services as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro è ben organizzato ed efficiente, il personale molto cordiale e gentile, macchinari di ultima
generazione è il loro vanto. Mi sono rivolto a loro per diverse visite ed esami e mi hanno sempre fatto sentire
in un ambiente protetto in particolare i medici e lo staff mi hanno rincuorato anche quando ero più teso.
Davvero un bel posto.
The center is well organized and efficient, the staff very friendly and polite, the latest machinery
generation is their pride. I went to them for several visits and exams and they always made me feel
in a particularly protected environment, doctors and staff cheered me up even when I was most tense.
A really nice place.

I found a doctor who I liked very much, the environment is clean and tidy. Punctual and courteous, only the receptionist who answered me when I booked was very annoyed with my questions.

Qualche giorno prima avevo anche chiamato per chiedere informazioni in merito alla stessa. Mi sono rivolta ad un'altra struttura
I found little fairness and seriousness: after traveling about 65 km I reached the appointment and I was told, without apology, that I would not have the therapy because the nurse was not present. A few days earlier I had also called to ask for information about it. I turned to another facility
