Il riso deve essere assolutamente condito con aceto di riso, le proteine utilizzate devono essere di alta qualità (il salmone non era assolutamente di qualità), topping deve essere migliorato. Attenzione durante l'assemblaggio in quanto ho trovato ingredienti non richiesti. Le mie aspettative sono state deluse. Spero di ritornarci per cambiare opinione. Negative review as the basics to create the poké are missing. The rice must absolutely be seasoned with rice vinegar, the proteins used must be of high quality (the salmon was absolutely not of quality), topping must be improved. Be careful when assembling as I found unsolicited ingredients. My expectations have been disappointed. I hope to return to change my opinion.

Partiamo dal riso che aveva una cottura perfetta, per continuare dal pesce crudo e marinato che era fresco e buonissimo e tutto di qualità e fresco tutto i sapori legati alla perfezione, e concludere con la pulizia del locale, della professionalità, e della gentilezza del personale. Cibo buonissimo leggero, diverso, originale e particolare. Tornerò sicuramente a provare anche i panini gourment con il pesce. Let's start with the rice that had a perfect cooking, to continue with raw and marinated fish that was fresh and very good and all of quality and fresh all the flavors linked to perfection, and conclude with the cleanliness of the place, the professionalism, and the kindness of the staff . L'avocado dovrebbe essere cremoso invece era anch'esso duro, poco maturo . Il polpo era buono , così come i gamberetti e il salmone . La quantità dei condimenti è giusta In generale sarebbe gradita una po' più di attenzione ai tempi di cottura. Good to see, less to eat. The brown rice was totally raw that it was not edible (it cracked under your teeth). The avocado should be creamy but it was also hard, not very ripe. The octopus was good, as were the shrimp and salmon. The quantity of toppings is just right In general, a little more attention to cooking times would be welcome.

Consigliato We went back for two nights in a row, as we liked it so much that we wanted to enjoy other types of poké. The restaurant offers a wide choice of fish, meat, snacks, sandwiches, salads, vegan menus. Last, but not least, a note of merit for the friendliness of the owner and all the staff. Recommended

Ho ordinato un poke componendolo a mio piacimento ad un costo finalmente non spropositato come nei ristoranti che tentano di fare poke non solo striminziti ma sembra abbiano l’oro dentro per il prezzo. Qui prezzo super onesto. Ho ordinato anche un panino black Angus, tutto da asporto e tutto pronto nel giro di 5 min. Per non parlare dei proprietari che si sono presentati super gentili, umili e trasparenti nell’esporre la loro preoccupazione nel voler migliorarsi sempre di più e soddisfare al meglio i clienti, si è percepita la premura, l’interesse e la preoccupazione che tutto vada nel verso giusto. Passiamo alla recensione sulla qualità: Poke molto buona, ricca, salmone crudo davvero ottimo, ingredienti di prima qualità e tanta scelta negli ingredienti! Panino con carne eccellente ( così mi è stato detto da chi l’ha mangiato). Un po’ più di grinta e sicurezza e potrebbe davvero sfondare perché le carte in regola ci sono tutte! P.S. : non sono una persona di parte non conoscendo nemmeno i proprietari. Visti per la prima volta ieri pomeriggio nel chiedere informazioni sull’apertura serale ;) Finally a poke club in town! I ordered a poke by composing it to my liking at a cost that was finally not disproportionate as in restaurants that try to poke not only skimpy but seem to have gold inside for the price. Here super honest price. I also ordered a black Angus sandwich, all to take away and all ready within 5 min. Not to mention the owners who presented themselves super kind, humble and transparent in expressing their concern in wanting to improve more and more and satisfy customers in the best possible way, it was perceived the concern, interest and concern that everything goes in the right direction. Let's move on to the quality review: Very good poke, rich, really good raw salmon, top quality ingredients and a lot of choice in ingredients!
