★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servito da Massimo, lavoro eccellente. Chiamato tramite la mia assicurazione, arrivato prima dei 45m stabiliti via sms. Gentile, veloce e non ho speso niente come da contratto assicurativo.
Served by Massimo, excellent work. Called through my insurance, arrived before the established 45m via text message. Kind, fast and I have not spent anything as per the insurance contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare. Ha soccorso la vettura di mia moglie coperta da assicurazione, la centrale mi ha preventivato 10 euro di supplemento per portarlo all'officina di mia fiducia. Arrivato mi chiede 80euro e insisteva perché aveva fatto il tratto sia andata che ritorno. Poi lui ha chiamato la centrale e si è convinto che gli spettavano solo 10 euro.
Fra l'altro ha scaricato la vettura posizionandosi su un incrocio. Metto una stella per poter fare la recensione ma lo sconsiglio.
Absolutely to be avoided. He rescued my wife's car covered by insurance, the power station budgeted me a 10 euro supplement to bring it to the workshop of my trust. Arrived he asks me 80euro and insisted because he had made the stretch both going and returning. Then he called the power station and was convinced that he only had 10 euros.
Among other things, he unloaded the car by positioning himself on an intersection. I put a star to be able to do the review but I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. 1) non è stato rispettato il tempo di attesa; 2 ore al buio per poi sentirmi dire che non sono autisti! 2) maleducato e scortese 3) l'operatore del Call center mi aveva garantito alcune prestazioni ma l'operatore del soccorso stradale non voleva assolutamente fare ciò che la compagnia mi aveva promesso. Uno schifo totale!!!
Bad service. 1) waiting time was not respected; 2 hours in the dark and then hear me say that they are not drivers! 2) rude and rude 3) the call center operator had guaranteed me some services but the roadside assistance operator absolutely didn't want to do what the company had promised me. Total disgust !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiamato EuropaAssisistance, in 20 minuti erano sul posto. Mi hanno portato nella loro sede a Mantova Nord. Il guasto era di poco conto, usufruito della loro officina interna. Mi hanno fatto pagare solo la manodopera e dopo circa 70 min l' auto era riparata e funzionante. Bravo l' autista Daniele per la tempestività e il meccanico Pier per la velocità e la competenza.
After calling EuropaAssistance, they were on site within 20 minutes. They took me to their headquarters in North Mantua. The breakdown was minor, using their internal workshop. They only charged me for labor and after about 70 min the car was repaired and running. Bravo the driver Daniele for his timeliness and the mechanic Pier for his speed and competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervenuti pe recuperare una macchina fuori uso sul ciglio stradale (distante 7 km dalla loro sede) hanno preteso 200€ della copertura assicurativa (sono loro convenzionati),
altri 200€+iva fuori assicurazione più altri soldi x il trasferimento ad altra officina distante 6 km.
Quando un altro soccorso stradale ( distante 30 km) avrebbe chiesto 150€ totali!
Direi proprio onesti!!!!
Intervening to recover an out of use car on the roadside (7 km away from their headquarters), they demanded € 200 for insurance coverage (they have an agreement),
other 200 € + VAT excluding insurance plus other money for the transfer to another workshop 6 km away.
When another roadside assistance (30 km away) would have asked for € 150 in total!
I would say honest !!!!
