★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La famiglia Cignoli (Carlo, Loredana, Elena e Francesca) coltiva 10 ettari di vigneti tra Santa Giuletta e Pietra de' Giorgi. Nella loro cantina producono ottimi vini: bonarda, barbera, croatina, malvasia, riesling e anche uno spumante brut.
Il mio preferito, tra quelli che ho assaggiato finora, è il pinot nero vinificato in rosato.
The Cignoli family (Carlo, Loredana, Elena and Francesca) cultivates 10 hectares of vineyards between Santa Giuletta and Pietra de 'Giorgi. In their cellar they produce excellent wines: bonarda, barbera, croatina, malvasia, riesling and even a brut sparkling wine.
My favorite, among those I have tasted so far, is the pinot noir vinified in rosé.
