Producono grani antichi, coltivati con metodo rigorosamente BIO, macinati a pietra ed essiccati lentamente. Farina e pasta di altissima qualità e dal sapore unico. Buonissima anche la passata di pomodoro.

 Small but lively company located on the hills of Teramo in Castilenti.
They produce ancient grains, grown with the strictly BIO method, stone ground and slowly dried. Flour and pasta of the highest quality and with a unique flavor. The tomato puree is also very good.
