★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is lovely and well looked after but the staff are absolutely horrible. When we asked about eating at midday we were spoken to as if we were idiot children and given the option of one free yoghurt each or to pay an extra €15 an d take the hot hike to the restaurant. The staff’s rudeness is quite inappropriate for the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called before to ask whether we could have lunch and use the pool afterwards. They told me on the phone that the restaurant would open only at 13:00... but the restaurant was closed. There were staff around but they didn't care to greet us. Finally, I banged at the locked door, somebody came out and (without greeting me) told me that we should go to the "Osteria". We went to the "Osteria" another staff there told us to go to the reception. We went to the reception, there was no friendly greeting, no sign that we are welcome. A busy lady asked me my name, I gave my name, she asked again my name... That was the moment when I decided that obviously they didn't need our business and didn't deserve it. We left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this AMAZING place randomly, while escaping from a heated Rome in a car with broken aircon and searching for a place. I loved this place since the women who called to greet us and explain us she could book the restaurant, termas and give us the right direction, to the moment we parked the car. I instantly felt i arrived to a magic, unique and authentic place. EVERTHING is perfect from the location, to the biodinamic farm, the wine, the food, the room, the staff, to that incredible natural thermal baths. I felt this place special energy and whoever built such beauty must be very special cause every detail there has been done with attention and detail. I hope to come back soon❤️
