★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prosciutto migliore del mondo. Vivo in Spagna dal 2004 ma non c'è prosciutto iberico che tenga. Addirittua come oleosità gli è superiore. Peccato che non sia conosciuto.
 The best ham in the world. I have lived in Spain since 2004 but there is no Iberian ham that holds up. Even as oiliness it is superior. Too bad it is not known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the two barrel sausage it was unbelievable, you could taste the forest and the field in every bite. Minimal salt and spice but good wine and organically raised pork. The awards they have won are well deserved! I am looking forward to trying all their products!
