D	Dino Greco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pochi minuti dal caos cittadino, ma facilmente raggiungibile in auto, il podere si presenta immerso nel verde della campagna etnea tra viti e ulivi. Il casolare, a cui si accede tramite un facile sentiero in terra battuta adatto alle auto, offre un mirabile esempio di sincretismo tra modernità e tradizione a partire dai prodotti che vengono offerti, tutti derivanti da questa generosa terra. L'ambiente è incredibilmente curato fin nei minimi dettagli offrendo salette intime e raccolte per coppie o amici, ma anche per pranzi di lavoro e meeting aziendali. Ottimi vini premiati ed eccellente accoglienza chiudono e rifiniscono il quadro di questo posto bucolico, ma con un occhio allo stile e alla poesia. A few minutes from the chaos of the city, but easily reachable by car, the farm is immersed in the green countryside of Etna among vines and olive trees. The cottage, which is accessed via an easy dirt path suitable for cars, offers a wonderful example of syncretism between modernity and tradition starting from the products that are offered, all deriving from this generous land. The environment is incredibly cared for down to the smallest detail, offering intimate and cozy rooms for couples or friends, but also for business lunches and company meetings. Excellent award-winning wines and excellent hospitality close and finish the picture of this bucolic place, but with an eye to style and poetry.

Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. i piatti, come detto, sono squisiti, le porzioni abbondanti pur essendo una degustazione. Il rapporto qualità prezzo da solo merita 5 stelle, che non risultano abbastanza sommando anche la bellezza della struttura (arredata sapientemente) e del contesto naturale nel quale sorge. E' stata un'esperienza stupenda, torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici. Everything in this place recalls the excellence and love for the territory, its resources and raw materials, which are wisely transformed into tasty, refined dishes with a 'history'. The staff is very kind and helpful. the dishes, as mentioned, are exquisite, the portions generous despite being a tasting. The value for money alone deserves 5 stars, which are not enough adding the beauty of the structure (expertly furnished) and the natural context in which it stands. It was an amazing experience, we will definitely be back and recommending it to all our friends.

Ottimo il vino realizzato con la cura, la passione e la competenza di colui che gestisce l'aspetto rurale della location essendo il proprietario del podere. Ottimo il servizio. Mi permetto solo di consigliare di migliorare la qualità del caffè e magari offrirlo alla fine di un menu completo con relativa scelta del vino più pregiato e anche più costoso. Sarebbe un gesto semplice ma anche accattivante. Refined atmosphere and sophisticated cuisine. Excellent wine made with the care, passion and competence of the one who manages the rural aspect of the location being the owner of the farm. Excellent service. I would only like to advise you to improve the quality of the coffee and perhaps offer it at the end of a complete menu with the relative choice of the finest and most expensive wine. A partire dal servizio, preparatissimo, molto cordiale, con la particolarità (molto rara purtroppo oggi) dello spiegare il piatto, da cosa è composto al consiglio di come mangiarlo, molto apprezzato e ascoltato. La qualità della materia prima incredibile, presentazione dei piatti impeccabile, papille gustative in estasi. Location molto bella, elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli. Lo consiglio assolutamente! È sempre bello sapere cosa si mangia, la ragazza che ci ha serviti sapeva cosa stava dicendo, ha spiegato con cura tutti i piatti facendoci sentire "a casa". Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, la sequenza dei piatti è stata studiata bene. La location è spettacolare, peccato per la giornata uggiosa, sono sicura che con una giornata soleggiata il panorama possa donare al visitatore una vista pazzesca. Unica nota dolente la rivolgo al baccalà, ho trovato qualche lisca, per il resto niente da dire. Complimenti allo staff Fantastic experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is always nice to know what you are eating, the girl who served us knew what she was saying, she carefully explained all the dishes making us feel "at home". We chose the tasting menu, the sequence of dishes was well studied. The location is spectacular, shame about the gloomy day, I'm sure that with a sunny day the view can give the visitor a crazy view. The only sore point I turn to the cod, I found some bones, otherwise nothing to say. Congratulations to the staff
