★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The farmhouse is beautiful and fun and Teo is very kind and helpful. You would enjoy the back yard as well. I miss those lovely dogs and cats. The only thing I want to claim is the wifi connection was not stable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed four days at Podere Capanacce and it was absolute bliss. The buildings are beautiful and brilliantly decorated in a rustic style. Teo was a lovely host who gave us great tips for things to do in the local area and where to eat. One morning we woke up and the cows had come to visit us in the garden. We would definitely come and stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beauty of this place will literally sweep you of your feet but keep in mind that If you have leaved your whole life in a city it will take you a day to get used of hearing nothing else but the sound of nature. Our room was spacious , furnished in country style and the breakfast included amongst others warm freshly baked bread, pies and (blue!!) eggs hand picked daily by Theodora . Speaking of Theodora she was a wonderfull host, always available to attend any requests we had, show us around the farm and give us hints about which places/towns we should visit. Podere Capannace is strategically located near Sienna ( 25 mins drive,) and it will take you 1:25 mins approx to reach Florence still do make sure you keep at least 1 day to enjoy the farm itself and the scenery and if by any chance you see the DEER that greeted us on our arrival there tell her (or him??) Best regards from the dude who kept rubbing his eyes in disbielief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: incredible spot for relaxing, big flat tastefully furnished, huge garden perfect for lounging, peace and quiet, and a great furniture of breakfast items.. Negative: the place is a bit humid, so make sure to pack something warm even in high summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location was great. The farm is a secluded place in serene rural Tuscany, but not far from Siena and other sightseeings (of course, you need a car). If you wanna feel the harmony with nature it`s the perfect choice! Thank you so much dear Teo for everything ( especially for homemade cakes and orange jam for breakfast ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: There was fresh bread, cake, marmelade, juice already waiting for us in the apartment. The owner is very friendly and showed us around the property. Loved the apartment, it was very lovely decorated!. Negative: Loved everything, maybe the only thing we didn't like is the drive up the gravel road to the apartment but it's not a big deal..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff was really friendly, they also gave us freshly baked bread and cake, on top of the usual breakfast. The apartment was really nicely decorated. I personally think that a lot of thought went through furnishing it. I loved it.. Negative: Just a minor thing, the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy..
