Manca una stella solo perché vi sono degli scricchiolii dovuti ai gommini poco lubrificati, ma che i meccanici mi hanno detto di ripassare che in due minuti mi risolvono il problema.... sono passato oggi si sono ricordato di me subito hanno preso la macchina e in poco tempo mi hanno risolto il.problema.efficienza e professionalità difficili da eguagliare, ora le stelle sono TUTTE e se potessi ne aggiungerei un altra. In plauso e un ringraziamento speciale a un meccanico magro con 30 anni di esperienza, mi dispiace non ricordare il nome ma è eccezionale e di una disponibilità che da altre parti te le sogni bravi!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non sono solito fare cattive recensioni, ma stavolta devo. Porto la macchina venerdì per un semplice cambio gomme. Decido di cambiare anche pastiglie dei freni e fare la convergenza (su loro consiglio). Non l'avessi mai fatto! Mi restituiscono la macchina con le ruote posteriori che non girano liberamente e mi dicono di tornare lunedì. Lunedì scopro che la convergenza fatta con freno a mano tirato ha dilatato il cilindretto del tamburo delle ruote posteriori e deve essere sostituito. Alla mia domanda"ma scusa, prima funzionava tranquillamente, cosa è cambiato?" , la risposta è stata "Eh sfiga". Per finire, non è che dopo averti creato il problema, ne paghino almeno le spese per sistemartela. No! Ti dicono o vai in giro cosi o paghi la sostituzione (alla modica cifra di 200€). Una incompetenza smisurata.

I state that I don't usually do bad reviews, but this time I have to. I take the car on Friday for a simple tire change. I decide to also change the brake pads and make the convergence (on their advice). I had never done that! They return the car with the rear wheels not turning freely and tell me to come back on Monday. On Monday I discover that the convergence made with the handbrake on has dilated the cylinder of the drum of the rear wheels and must be replaced. To my question "but sorry, it worked fine before, what has changed?" , the answer was "Eh bad luck". Finally, it is not that after creating the problem for you, they at least pay the expenses to fix it for you. No! They tell you or go around like this or pay the replacement (at the modest sum of € 200). A boundless incompetence.
NEVER AGAIN FROM YOU.
