★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati per montare un climatizzatore, mi rispondono che sarei stato ricontattato per fissare un appuntamento perchè chi riceve le telefonate non prende appuntamenti.
Mi chiama il giorno seguente il "capo tecnico" che mi pone delle domande specifiche e mi dice che sarei stato richiamato per fissare un appuntamento. E siamo a 2.
Dopo pochi giorni mi ricontatta il "capo tecnico" perchè ha perso le informazioni che gli avevo già fornito?♂️?♂️?♂️ ma non mi da nessun appuntamento per fissare un giorno per effettuare l'intervento...e siamo a 3...
Dopo 4 giorni li devo richiamare io per avere notizie ma non sono riusciti a darmi risposte :" devo chiedere al "capo tecnico"(se questo è il capo chissà gli atri tecnici come sono, penso tra me e me) la richiamo stasera...." e 4....
Dopo altri 4 giorni sto ancora aspettando che qualcuno si faccia vivo per fissare un appuntamento per montare il clima...2 settimane sprecate! Mi dovrò rivolgere a qualcun altro...

After 4 days I have to call them back for news but they have not been able to give me answers: "I have to ask the" technical chief "(if this is the chief, who knows the other technicians as they are, I think to myself) I'll call you back tonight .. .. "and 4 ....
After another 4 days I'm still waiting for someone to show up to make an appointment to set up the climate ... 2 wasted weeks! I'll have to go to someone else ...

Molto educati. Grazie alla consulenza del tecnico Michele abbiamo optato per lo sconto immediato del 50% in fattura usufruendo del bonus casa. Lo consiglio vivamente anche perché hanno gestito tutte le pratiche loro.
