Per fortuna il problema (caldaia completamente in blocco quindi senza acqua calda e riscaldamento), è stato risolto con l'ausilio di un professionista che si è degnato alle 22 di venire a casa e risolvere il problema. Called in the evening for a home emergency, not only did they throw my call down, they didn't even deign to call back. Fortunately, the problem (boiler completely blocked, therefore without hot water and heating), was solved with the help of a professional who deigned to come home at 10 pm and solve the problem.
