A perfect team. Mr Aruta is available, competent, very quick to take care of everything. I got a plotter in 2015, and after 5 years I joined the new Pay per Use offer, and I was able to equip my Studio with a fantastic Hp 2600DR plotter with scanner ... Always at the Top !!!

A distanza di due anni dall'acquisto del mio Plotter HP T930 (del quale sono soddisfatto), ho avuto un piccolo problema di caricamento del firmware: mi è bastato contattare telefonicamente Leo e, da remoto, immediatamente con pazienza e competenza, il problema che mi impediva l'utilizzo del sistema è stato risolto. Voglio evidenziare la competenza tecnica ed il rapporto umano al di fuori dell'ordinario di Leo ed il suo Staff. Sono davvero persone speciali!!

I would like to publicly thank Leo Aruta of Hp and his staff for the courtesy and technical competence that distinguishes them. Two years after the purchase of my HP T930 Plotter (of which I am satisfied), I had a small problem loading the firmware: I only needed to contact Leo by phone and, remotely, immediately with patience and competence, the problem that preventing me from using the system was fixed. I want to highlight the technical competence and the human relationship outside the ordinary of Leo and his Staff. They are really special people !!
