Entriamo io ed il mio ragazzo che avevamo bisogno di una bottiglietta d’acqua e del bagno.
Come di consueto, dopo aver pagato l’acqua chiedo per il bagno e il mio ragazzo viene con me. Neanche il tempo per lui di tirare lo sciacquone che sentiamo bussare alla porta: “TUTTO BENE RAGAZZI?” ci chiede una voce maschile. Noi interdetti rispondiamo di sì. Finisco io di fare le mie cose, usciamo dal wc per lavarci le mani. Ritorna il barista di prima che ci chiede nuovamente se fosse tutto a posto. Io rispondo che onestamente avevo il ciclo e la sua risposta con faccia saccente è stata“Eh ma non si va mica in bagno in due” (ovviamente supponendo che stessimo facendo altro). Io sconcertata gli dico che il mio ragazzo mi stava mantenendo la borsa. Uscendo poi dal bar salutiamo entrambi, ma nessuno del personale ci ha considerati.
Se il problema fosse stato quello dell’entrare in bagno in due si poteva benissimo dire prima che entrassimo (considerando che il bar era completamente vuoto quindi il personale ci vedeva chiaramente) oppure semplicemente con più tatto e rispetto.
Mai successa prima una cosa simile.
Agghiacciante e vergognoso.

My boyfriend and I come in because we needed a bottle of water and a bathroom.
As usual, after paying for the water I ask for the bathroom and my boyfriend comes with me. Not even time for him to flush the toilet that we hear knocking on the door: "ALL OK GUYS?" a male voice asks us. We, dumbfounded, answer yes. I finish doing my thing, we go out of the toilet to wash our hands. The bartender from before returns and asks us again if everything was okay. I answer that I honestly had my period and his knowing-faced response was "Eh but you don't go to the bathroom for two" (obviously assuming we were doing something else). I am disconcerted, I tell him that my boyfriend was keeping my bag. Then leaving the bar we say goodbye to both, but none of the staff considered us.
If the problem had been that of two people entering the bathroom, it could very well be said before we entered (considering that the bar was completely empty so the staff could see us clearly) or simply with more tact and respect.
Such a thing has never happened before.
Chilling and shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano le ore 4 di un pomeriggio domenicale. Avevo fame! Avevo già chiesto a diversi locali nelle vicinanze se potevano servirmi qualcosa: un toast, una piadina ... Niente da fare! Invece al Plaza Café ho trovato il personale gentilissimo e un menù di panini "neri" con hamburger! Veramente buono quello con la carne di bisonte con insalata, cipolle caramellate, salse e patate con maionese bianca (almeno credo). Ottimo! Consiglio il locale anche per la gentilezza del personale oltre alla qualità del panino.
It was 4 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. I was hungry! I had already asked several places nearby if they could serve me something: a toast, a flatbread ... Nothing to do! Instead at the Plaza Café I found the staff very kind and a menu of "black" sandwiches with burgers! Really good the one with bison meat with salad, caramelized onions, sauces and potatoes with white mayonnaise (at least I think). Optimal! I also recommend the place for the kindness of the staff as well as the quality of the sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi pomeriggio verso le 5 io e mio marito ci siamo recati in questo bar. Ci siamo accomodati fuori pensando di essere considerati e accolti invece nessuno del personale si è preoccupato di chiederci cosa volessimo consumare.
Dopo svariati minuti si sono accorti della nostra presenza e una cameriera si è rivolta a noi con un atteggiamento maleducato.
Abbiamo ordinato un caffè e una birra ( accompagnata da patatine scadenti ).
La cameriera alla richiesta del caffè ha detto che da un certo orario in poi non fanno più caffè ma solo aperitivi.
Mio marito che ha ordinato la birra al momento dell’arrivo si è accorto che nessuno gli aveva aperto la bottiglia di birra e per non creare caos l’ha aperta con una chiave.
Che dire questo bar non merita nemmeno una stella
this afternoon around 5 my husband and I went to this bar. We sat outside thinking we would be considered and welcomed but none of the staff bothered to ask us what we wanted to consume.
After several minutes they became aware of our presence and a waitress approached us with a rude attitude.
We ordered a coffee and a beer (accompanied by poor fries).
The waitress at the request for coffee said that from a certain time onwards they no longer make coffee but only aperitifs.
My husband, who ordered the beer upon arrival, noticed that no one had opened the bottle of beer for him and opened it with a key in order not to create chaos.
What about this bar doesn't even deserve a star
