Sono abituato a ben altro. Il pacchetto viaggio, inoltre, risultava programmato-gestito da almeno tre agenzie.
Overall it can also be valid, but my experience was not positive: polite on the phone, however, lack of collaboration via email, errors in dates, deposits and assistance on departure. I'm used to something else. Furthermore, the travel package was planned-managed by at least three agencies.
