β β β β β Ditta poco seria e prodotto scadente rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato....ho comprato dei faretti da giardino e dopo solo 4 mesi di utilizzo nel periodo estivo, quindi in assenza di piogge e umiditΓ , un faretto si Γ¨ bruciato e gli altri hanno giΓ le viti di fissaggio ossidate e non Γ¨ possibile smontare i paletti senza danneggiarli. La ditta non ha ritenuto il prodotto in garanzia e ci ha fatto pagare 75 euro per cambiare un semplice trasformatore. Per i problemi sollevati relativi alle ossidazione dei punti di fissaggio hanno detto che non essendoci ruggine il loro prodotto non Γ¨ deteriorato perΓ² non hanno mandato nessun tecnico a verificare quanto da noi lamentato.
Il rivenditore di zona molto carino e disponibile la ditta Platek veramente indisponente..
 Not very serious company and poor product compared to what was advertised .... I bought some garden spotlights and after only 4 months of use in the summer period, so in the absence of rain and humidity, one spotlight has burned out and the others already have the oxidized fixing screws and it is not possible to disassemble the posts without damaging them. The company did not consider the product under warranty and charged us 75 euros to change a simple transformer. For the problems raised related to the oxidation of the fixing points they said that since there was no rust their product is not deteriorated but they did not send any technician to verify what we complained.
The very nice and helpful local dealer Platek is really annoying ..
