They sent me the missing parts but there were still some missing parts, I contacted them and very quickly they answered me hoping to receive the last missing parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Armadio per esterno, arrivato con plastiche rovinate o addirittura rotte, pezzi dalle misure completamente sbagliate e incastri assolutamente non compatibili con la varie parti. Pessima lavorazione e progettazione.
Outdoor wardrobe, arrived with ruined or even broken plastics, pieces with completely wrong measurements and joints absolutely not compatible with the various parts. Bad workmanship and design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Armadio per esterni costoso, qualità pessima, schienale fatto di un pannello di palstica ondulata, pezzi mancanti, pezzi rotti, graffiato, assistenza clienti pessima, non disposto a dare nessun piccolo rimborso anche se potevo tenerlo ugualmente. Pessimo tutto sconsigliato
Expensive outdoor wardrobe, bad quality, back made of corrugated plastic board, missing pieces, broken pieces, scratched, bad customer service, not willing to give any small refund even if I could keep it anyway. Bad all not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalosi...prodotti semplicemente scandalosi, potessi metterei -50, ottocento mila pezzi e pezzettini che nemmeno in fabbrica, istruzioni fatte malissimo, schienali componibili ondulati invece di un unico pezzo rigido...una cosa indecente. Alla fine l ho preso, fatto a pezzettini e buttato nell'immondizia. Indecenza allo stato puro
Scandalous ... simply scandalous products, I could put -50, eight hundred thousand pieces and bits that not even in the factory, instructions made very badly, corrugated modular backrests instead of a single rigid piece ... an indecent thing. In the end I took it, cut it into small pieces and thrown in the garbage. Indecency in its pure state

Non sono mai stato minimamente calcolato, il giorno 15 marzo non ricevendo risposta, gli ho rimandato una email per chiedere se mi rispondessero! Zero!! Se questa è la considerazione che hanno per i loro clienti possono pure chiudere! Lontani da loro!
I put a star because it is not possible to put Zero! I sent an email on March 2nd asking for information on the purchase of two spare parts .... I have never been calculated in the least, on March 15th not receiving an answer, I sent him an email to ask if they would answer me! Zero!! If this is the consideration they have for their customers, they may well close! Away from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a set and when it arrived it was missing 3 pieces. The set was functioning so we kept it but I contacted the company to report the missing pieces under warranty. Alessandro was very responsive and supported us and shipped the pieces to us with UPS from Italy to the UK.
