Disponibili quasi tutte le pizze anche in versione senza glutine: se si prenota entro le 17 viene fornito un impasto fresco di alta qualità, altrimenti viene usato un impasto congelato che è comunque molto buono. Di fronte c'è un ampio parcheggio. Peccato per l'unione con un ristorante tailandese e per la posizione, che sviliscono questa pizzeria veramente eccellente! Really very good pizza. La nuova pizza è arrivata alle 22 ed era di nuovo sbagliata (l’avevo chiesta senza mozzarella poiché intollerante al lattosio) Pizza buona, ingredienti buoni, ma tutto il resto non va, servizio scadente e locale purtroppo non all’altezza. In tutto questo c’erano solo tre tavoli pieni... In risposta: Mi spiace, ma ho altre 3 persone che possono confermare. Per di più la seconda pizza che avete portato (sbagliata con la mozzarella e che non ho voluto rifiutare per non dover aspettare altri 30 minuti per una pizza, mi ha fatto stare male nella serata, nonostante l’avessi scartata da sopra la pizza.) Non dubito che sappiate fare una pizza, ma non siete capaci a gestire i dipendenti o non avete personale all’altezza. In questo mondo le critiche possono anche essere costruttive, quindi al posto di ritenersi i migliori in assoluto e rimanere ancorati a gloriosi giornali del passato forse è meglio ascoltare, innovare e migliorarsi per rimanere competitivi. Pizza buona (specialmente gli ingredienti del condimento), mentre l'impasto potrebbe migliorare, però nel complesso ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Prezzi davvero competitivi. Pecca più grande: i coltelli. Eravamo in quattro e tutti avevamo coltelli diversi che però non tagliavano niente allo stesso modo. Se migliorasse questo aspetto il mio voto sarebbe 5! Forse un po' scomoda perché situata un po' fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in macchina. First gluten-free pizzeria in Albenga. Great variety of pizzas.
