La scelta nel menù è così vasta ed in continua evoluzione da poter soddisfare tutti i palati dai più tradizionali fino ai più sopraffini con la gustosa pizza gourmet alla pala. Nella foto allegata la pizza presentata in anteprima oggi 31/10/2020 e si tratta di una "carbonara" gourmet. Partendo dall'impasto con almeno 24 ore di maturazione raggiunge uno straordinario equilibrio tra leggerezza e croccantezza. Passando al gusto scelto posso definirmi sicuramente intransigente in quanto si tratta del mio piatto di pasta preferito e mai come nell'opzione offerta da Planet ho ritrovato il gusto della pasta di origine romana, guanciale croccante e uovo che si amalgama alla perfezione alla base senza però trovare quel fastidioso effetto frittata. Di primo impatto l'odore è fedele e all'assaggio chiudendo gli occhi ci si ritrova direttamente davanti ad una carbonara dei migliori ristoranti romani. Non nascondo che sono scesi dei brividi lungo la schiena nell'assaggiare questo capolavoro. When you enter this place the first thing you see is: passion and attention for what you do. The choice on the menu is so vast and constantly evolving that it can satisfy all palates from the most traditional to the most refined with the tasty gourmet pizza alla pala. In the attached photo the pizza previewed today 31/10/2020 and it is a gourmet "carbonara". Starting from the dough with at least 24 hours of maturation it reaches an extraordinary balance between lightness and crunchiness. Moving on to the chosen flavor, I can definitely define myself as intransigent as it is my favorite pasta dish and never as in the option offered by Planet I have found the taste of pasta of Roman origin, crispy bacon and egg that blends perfectly at the base without however find that annoying omelette effect. At first glance the smell is faithful and on tasting, closing your eyes, you find yourself directly in front of a carbonara of the best Roman restaurants. I do not hide the fact that shivers went down my spine in tasting this masterpiece.

Unica pecca c'è sempre da fare fila ma il personale è molto cortese, disponibile e veloce. Il costo è nella norma. Excellent pizza, the dough is sourdough, tastes varied from classic to more details. The only flaw is always there to queue but the staff is very courteous, available and fast. The cost is in the norm.

Non è la solita pizza, ma una sinfonia che allieta occhio e gusto. L'impasto alla pala, ad alta digeribilitá una delle tipologie di impasti preferiti dai clienti, oltre che i classici pezzi a testo e pizze a spicchi. Provare per credere.
