Comprende perfettamente cosa passa nella testa di un obeso.Spiega in maniera razionale e comprensibile il funzionamento del corpo del perchè si ingrassa e perchè si dimagrisce. Soprattutto tratta l'obesità come una malattia cercando di prescrivere diete che non dipendano soltanto dalla motivazione, ma da abitudini alimentari durature senza rinunciare alla soddisfazione di mangiare.
He is a competent doctor. He perfectly understands what goes on in the head of an obese and explains in a rational and understandable way the functioning of the body, why he gets fat and why he loses weight. Above all, he treats obesity as a disease by trying to prescribe diets that depend not only on motivation, but on lasting eating habits without giving up the satisfaction of eating.
