La digeribilità della pizza è assicurata come da indicazione nell'insegna. Buona la scelta che soddisfa anche gli intolleranti. Location un po' decentrata rispetto al centro di Aquila, bisogna andarci apposta. Locale pulito e ordinato, l'esterno sarebbe da curare un po' di più, ma non so a chi compete. Il personale un po' poco espansivo, ma professionale. Le misure anti contagio sono rispettate, ma non tutte alla lettera. La margherita con provola (sicuramente provola essiccata e non fresca) cornicione molto duro e nel complesso abbastanza dura (dalle ns parti si dice biscottata) probabilmente dovuta alla temperatura non molto alta del forno ed alla lievitazione dell'impasto. Certo per essere a l'aquila puo andare, ma potrebbe sicuramente migliorare.; From the name it seems a whole program, but unfortunately, being used to real pizza, you are disappointed. Kein Englisch oder deutsch, dafür auch keine Touristen. Waren gleich zweimal da ? Surprisingly very good pizza. Got the tip from a local. Simple restaurant with an outdoor area and very nice owners. No English or German, but no tourists either. Were there twice ?

Lievitazione della pizza e gusto buoni, però purtroppo o per l’uso di una mozzarella troppo piena di latte, o per l’uso del pomodoro troppo liquido, la pizza era molto difficile da tagliare senza far strabordare il condimento.
