Impasto della pizza ad alta idratazione, sembrerà di mangiare una nuvola. Aumenterei la varietà delle pizze magari con ingredienti stagionali. Possibilità di degustare anche ottimi primi. Location esterna decisamente informale, la titolare molto simpatica.
 The specialty to try are the artisanal chips with porcini mushrooms and grated ricotta salata (optionally it may not be required). High hydration pizza dough, it will seem to eat a cloud. I would increase the variety of pizzas perhaps with seasonal ingredients. Possibility of tasting excellent first courses. Definitely informal outdoor location, very nice owner.

Modern venue with ample space outside for summer evenings. They specialize in true Neapolitan pizza and porcini mushrooms. The pizza dough is really great. Light and tasty. Mushrooms are really the top. Fast and friendly service. I recommend the aftertaste pizza with porcini mushrooms and truffle bruschetta. Average prices.
