Prezzi contenuti. Well organized and kind staff. Two stars are for the pizza dough: classic pizza of the past, thin dough with cheap flour. Good toppings. Low prices.

La pizza è sottile e di dimensioni importanti, con una bella scelta di ingredienti. É ottima la cucina, con piatti altrettanto abbondanti e ampia scelta di prodotti di montagna, dai funghi al formaggio, fino alla cacciagione. Cervo, cinghiale, capriolo sono parte del menu, il che fa onore a questo luogo fedele alla montagna, cosa non facile da trovare in zona. Hanno anche la pizza per celiaci ma questa è l'unica nota di demerito che faccio loro, in quanto usano impasti pronti, non all'altezza, a mio avviso, della pizza tradizionale che i miei e le persone con cui vado qui reputano ottima. Very good pizzeria, in the village of Bolca, with ample parking in front and outdoor tables. The staff is fast, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. The pizza is thin and large in size, with a nice choice of ingredients. The cuisine is excellent, with equally abundant dishes and a wide choice of mountain products, from mushrooms to cheese, up to game. Deer, wild boar, roe deer are part of the menu, which does credit to this place faithful to the mountains, something not easy to find in the area. They also have pizza for celiacs but this is the only demerit I make to them, as they use ready-made doughs, not up to the standard, in my opinion, of the traditional pizza that mine and the people I go with here consider excellent.

Devo dire che sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso, per ricchezza del menù e per i piatti, davvero ottimi, a prezzi contenuti. Servizio e gentilezza meritano le 5 stelle. I haven't eaten here for a few years, for various reasons. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, for the richness of the menu and for the dishes, really excellent, at reasonable prices. Service and kindness deserve 5 stars.
