Ero una cliente abituale in questa pizzeria ma piano piano ha perso colpi fino ad arrivare al capolinea, per quanto mi riguarda, con la mia ultima visita. Pizza bruciata e di conseguenza amara, ingredienti di dubbia qualità tra cui il capocollo, tagliato giorni prima e dal colore ossidato e scuro, appiccicoso. L'ho fatto presente alla cassiera che ha reagito facendo spallucce. L'unica cosa che ha fatto è stata interpellare i pizzaioli che ovviamente hanno detto di aver tagliato i salumi in giornata, fidatevi non era così. Ho gettato la pizza e ho ordinato una margherita perché la fame era tanta. Non c'è stato nessun gesto di "scuse" da parte dello staff, non che me lo aspettassi, ma in questi casi è meglio cercare di rimediare, altrimenti le conseguenze sono queste, cattiva pubblicità e perdita di clienti. I mentioned this to the cashier who reacted by shrugging. The only thing he did was consult the pizza chefs who obviously said they cut the salami in the day, trust me it wasn't like that. I threw in the pizza and ordered a margherita because I was so hungry. There was no gesture of "apology" from the staff, not that I expected it, but in these cases it is better to try to remedy, otherwise the consequences are these, bad publicity and loss of customers. Per il resto in questa pandemia non è più accettabile entrare e vedere tutto il personale con la mascherina sul mento o senza. Il Green pass esibito spesso era non valido (due ragazzi sono entrati per sedersi a tavolo col Green pass del nonno ed è stato validato solo quello per entrambi; un altro non era valido ma ha detto di esser sceso da un aereo poco fa, etc). Le regole devono essere rispettate: mascherine, capelli raccolti, igienizzanti usati sempre, tavolini puliti dal personale. Ho chiesto la cortesia di essere servita con la precedenza che in tutti i luoghi civili viene offerta ad una donna nel mio stato. La signora al bancone, senza mascherina, e con fare sgarbato nei confronti di una donna che visibilmente non può restare in piedi per troppo tempo in attesa, e che non può nemmeno rimanere seduta in un locale in cui neanche il personale utilizza correttamente le mascherine senza mettere a repentaglio la propria salute e quella del nascituro, mi ha invitato ad andare altrove. La qualità di un luogo non si dimostra solo nella qualità del prodotto, ma anche nella qualità del servizio. Un'occasione persa di dimostrare senso di civiltà e rispetto per le persone più fragili. Remember to make reservation - this place is full in the evening and people waiting on the street for free place. We had great pizza and local wine. Atmosphere is great, restaurant is full of people it feels like one big family. I'm happy to come back.
