Ho ordinato 2 pizze e dovevavo arrivare verso le 15:25, ora sono le 16? E le pizze? In più il ristorante è chiuso e non rispondono alle chiamate. Siete degli irresponsabili, mai più con voi, mi avete fregato i soldi.

This restaurant is by no means serious.
I ordered 2 pizzas and was supposed to arrive around 3:25 pm, now is it 4 pm? And the pizzas? Plus the restaurant is closed and they don't answer calls. You are irresponsible, never with you again, you stole my money.

A parer mio se si vuole passare una serata nella normalità ma in totale gratitudine questo è il posto giusto.
I spent the evening with my family, very good pizza, large menu and very friendly staff.
In my opinion if you want to spend an evening in normal but in total gratitude this is the right place.

Ma valuta tutto il Contesto e l'approccio con la Persona.
