Nulla da dire sulla bontà delle pizze, ma la signora alla cassa è stata scortese, arrogante e non si è degnata minimamente di scusarsi. Non ci torneremo più. Booked at 20:00, pizzas on the table at 21:35. Embarrassing delay. Nothing to say about the goodness of the pizzas, but the lady at the cashier was rude, arrogant and did not deign to apologize in the slightest. We will never go back.

La signora alla cassa è stata enormemente arrogante e non si è minimamente scusata del ritardo indecente. Non ci tornerò mai più. Booking at 20.00 the pizza arrived 1 hour and a half late (21.35) and they forgot to make a pizza: everything was very embarrassing for the place and very unprofessional. The lady at the cashier was enormously arrogant and made no apologies for the indecent delay. I will never go back.

Personalmente quando mi concedo una serata con pizza in famiglia o con amici non gradisco trovarmi a dovere troppo spesso gestire pizze arrivate sbagliate, di aspettare la pizza con oltre trenta minuti di ritardo (praticamente sempre) e di doverla anche mangiare sistematicamente fredda a causa di consegne poco accurate per le quali dovrò decidere di smettere di accordare la mancia vista la sostanziale presa in giro. The product analyzed as a whole is poor. Unfortunately I had to give up after important and frequent negative notes. Personally, when I indulge in an evening with pizza with family or friends, I don't like finding myself too often having to manage wrong pizzas, waiting for the pizza more than thirty minutes late (practically always) and having to eat it systematically cold due to deliveries inaccurate for which I will have to decide to stop giving a tip given the substantial mockery.

Al momento di pagare ci aspettavamo almeno delle scuse, invece ci siamo relazionati con una cassiera (probabilmente la titolare) scortese ed arrogante. La sua unica fortuna è di avere un pizzaiolo competente, ma la bontà della pizza e la serata è stata completamente rovinata dal suo atteggiamento imbarazzante, oltre al ritardo che ci ha creato grossi problemi di orari. Non ci torneremo più. Booked to eat on site, after 1 hour the pizzas were not ready, only after having mentioned the wait did they start making them, then another quarter of an hour of waiting.
