★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo cotta, impasto troppo fine . A Scandiano per ora solo 1 secondo il mio parere la fa abbastanza buona e non dico il nome perché non lo trovo corretto e poi sulla Margherita ci vuole il basilico ma e così difficile da capire.
Too cooked, too fine dough. A Scandiano for now only 1 according to my opinion makes it quite good and I do not say the name because I do not find it correct and then on the Margherita it takes the basil but it is so difficult to understand.
