Durante il viaggio di ritorno dalle vacanze estive ci siamo imbattuti per purissimo caso in questo piccolo paese in cerca di un posto per mangiare qualcosina per cena. Ecco che in questa piazza notiamo Salvia: locale piccolo ma veramente carino. Il personale è stato molto gentile a prendere il nostro ordine nonostante ne avesse altri in corso e soprattutto molto accogliente e disponibile. Nell'attesa, dandoci un'occhiata in giro, con piacere leggiamo gli attestati dei corsi del pizzaiolo in merito al trattamento della materia prima, e garantisco che i risultati sul prodotto finito. Personalmente amo le pizze con le tonnellate di condimento, non unta, ben cotta, gustosa e digeribile. QUESTA È PIZZA: Salvia rispecchia esattamente tutto questo. Impasto eccezionale, per niente unta e ricca di prodotti di buona qualità. Hanno anche una bella varietà di farine artigianali (persino di riso rosso, che sicuramente proverò quando mi ricapiterà di passare di lì). Dopo questo papiro, consiglio vivamente questa pizzeria d'asporto!! CONSIGLIATISSIMISSIMA WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE !! During the return journey from the summer holidays, we came across a very pure case in this small town looking for a place to eat something for dinner. Here in this square we see Salvia: small but really nice place. The staff was very kind to take our order despite having others in progress and above all very welcoming and helpful. While waiting, giving us a look around, we read with pleasure the certificates of the courses of the pizza maker regarding the treatment of the raw material, and I guarantee that the results on the finished product. Personally I love pizzas with tons of seasoning, not greasy, well cooked, tasty and digestible. THIS IS PIZZA: Salvia exactly reflects all this. Exceptional mixture, not at all greasy and full of good quality products. They also have a nice variety of artisanal flour (even red rice, which I will definitely try when I get back in there). After this papyrus, I highly recommend this take-away pizzeria !! CONSIGLIATISSIMISSIMA

A	Antonio Schiavone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo in stile , sono stati consigliato di mia nipote che lo frequenta spesso devo dire che e stata una bella esperienza con pietanze tipiche e non abbondanti , il locale e in stile officina anni 50 Americana , il personale gentile e disponibile , ci ritornerò di sicuro appena avrò occasione di scendere a Lecce Great place in style, they were recommended by my niece who often frequents it I must say that it was a nice experience with typical and not abundant dishes, the local and 1950s American workshop style, the friendly and helpful staff, I will return for sure as soon as I have the opportunity to go down to Lecce
