★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are craving for delicious, traditional Salerno pizza, pasta and antipasti (for peanuts) well this is the place.
The restaurant itself has a nostalgic charm with a simple interior arrangement and a lot of artefacts from the beginning of the 20th century presented throughout the place.
The restaurant can get quite crowded in the evenings and the kitchen can be very busy because of the takeaway and deliveries but the personal works used to the overload and the food is not delayed.
All in all this is a gourmet gem which is mainly used by the locals.
You have to eat here if you are in Salerno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in Novotel nearby and came here for dinner. Its a nice family run pizzeria. Lots of locals come here to eat. Food is simple but very tasty. House wine is one of the best we drank in Italy so far. Cost us 31 EUR for 2 persons 2 courses each and drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, authentic Italian food. Wood oven serving the best pizza I have had so far in Italy.. Better than Rome and Venice pizza. We got to know the staff and owner.... They we very friendly and hospitable. On our third night eating there he gave us some Lemonada shots on the house. I highly recommend them for families and a pleasant cozy dinner experience.
