Un impasto con grano saraceno superlativo. Da provare la funghi porcini e burrata e la carbonara. Anche il kebab è al top, il tutto condito di una gentilezza rara. Complimenti. Simply one of the best pizzerias in Rome, don't be fooled by the appearance of a pizza by the slice because here we are facing a Maestro. A superlative buckwheat dough. Try the porcini and burrata mushrooms and the carbonara. Even the kebab is at the top, all seasoned with a rare kindness. Compliments.

I fritti pessimi, la pastella dei fiori di zucca era secca e salata. I supplì passabili ma non erano comunque un granché. Ho chiamato la pizzeria per riferire loro delle pizze e sono stati gentili nel riportarle gratuitamente il giorno dopo. Quando le hanno riportate erano meno bruciate ma non ci sono piaciute ugualmente. Non ordineremo più in questa pizzeria (le pizze sono molto alte nonostante il ristorante si chiama Roma capitale). The pizzas below were burnt even though I had recommended in advance with the pizzeria. They were therefore inedible. The fried food was bad, the courgette flower batter was dry and salty. The supplì passable but they weren't very good anyway. I called the pizzeria to tell them about the pizzas and they were kind in bringing them back for free the next day. When they brought them back they were less burned but we didn't like them anyway. We will no longer order at this pizzeria (the pizzas are very high despite the restaurant being called Rome capital).
