β β β β β Pizzeria storica ma sempre all'avanguardia. Leo (il maestro pizzaiolo) propone pizza con impasto romano (sottile, come da tradizione in puglia), napoletano e la vera pinsa romana. Prezzi alla portata e qualitΓ eccellente! La pizza non resta mai pesante ed Γ¨ super digeribile! Bravi! Continuate cosΓ¬!
Historic but always avant-garde pizzeria. Leo (the master pizza maker) offers pizza with Roman dough (thin, as per tradition in Puglia), Neapolitan and the real Roman pinsa. Affordable prices and excellent quality! Pizza never stays heavy and is super digestible! Well done! Keep it up!

β β β β β Impasto personalizzato con mix di farine veramente buono soffice e croccante tra l'altro digeribilissimo. Dichiarato pinseria DOP da Roma offre una vasta gamma di pinse,da provare quella calabrese con spianata piccante e stracciatella e la " mortaccia" con mortadella e crema di pistacchio realizzata da loro e la pizza Leo con impasto di fibra e la pizza alla Nutella con granella di mandorle e impasto al cioccolato fondente. Da ritornare assolutamente.

β β β β β Oggi ho gustato l'eccellente focaccia. Realizzata con semplicitΓ ma con un impasto lievitato come minimo 48 ore utilizzando una miscela di farine che conferiscono anche un gusto speciale. E il risultato Γ¨ una focaccia molto soffice dentro e croccante fuori come piace a me. Le foto sono giΓ esaurienti piΓΉ delle parole.
Today I enjoyed the excellent focaccia. Made with simplicity but with a leavened dough for at least 48 hours using a mixture of flours that also give it a special taste. And the result is a very soft focaccia on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just the way I like it. The photos are already exhaustive more than words.
