L’accoglienza si sa bisogna saperla fare e credetemi i camerieri che ci sono da “Sta Pizza” sono gentilissimi educati e pieni di formalità, ti riescono a far sentire a proprio agio e la cosa importante ti fanno sentire a casa tua, nulla da dire sulla struttura accogliente e ben situata, vi consiglio di provare a mangiare in questo fantastico posto, qualità 100% accoglienza 100% , alla prossima e in bocca al lupo ! Bella architettura d'ambiente con due spazi dedicati: il primo, un semicoperto, per intrattenere la clientela con ampie e comode sedute e la preparazione di drink, long drink e aperitivi; il secondo il cuore vero e proprio del locale con un numero ristretto di posti a sedere, per servire, coccolare e viziare al massimo la clientela. Attenta selezione dei prodotti, dalle birre in bottiglia e alla spina ai vini in bottiglia di varietà selezionate agli alimenti, freschi, ricercati, testati singolarmente: pomodori dop: pachino, piennolo, san marzano; vera mozzarella di bufala doc, pesce fresco, pasta di grano duro casertana pasta fresca, etc... . La ristorazione è d'eccellenza con la dicotomia pizzeria ristorante, entrambe con chef estremamente giovani, ma preparati, aperti alla sperimentazioni, ma con una grande e consolidata conoscenza della cucina italiana e regionale; dimostrano un bagaglio di conoscenza gastronomica molto rilevante; il tutto e i tutti sotto la guida esperta e attenta del proprietario nonché maître del locale, un giovanissimo ristoratore Nolano, con grande esperienza. Pizza ottima: impasto leggerissimo ed ingredienti di buonissima qualità. Frittura ottima e leggera, neanche sembra di mangiare frittura tanto è delicata e leggera. Assolutamente consigliato!!! Menù pizze molto assortito, la pizza è abbastanza buona però un po' pesante, i prezzi sono modici.
