Pesce freschissimo e location con vista mozzafiato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei fare una critica costruttiva perché credo che il ristorante abbia un bel potenziale inespresso. I punti assolutamente a favore sono la location con vista spettacolare e il personale preparato e molto cordiale cosi come i titolari disponibili e ospitali.
Il punto a sfavore purtroppo é il menù, le pietanze sono superate e non vi é nessun tentativo di provare una cucina di pesce un pò più contemporanea, troppo "bloccato" agli anni 80. Consiglio di puntare su una cucina tradizionale povera evitando piatti zuppi di olio o presenza di panna etc.. Less is more insomma. Meglio delle sarde beccafico come le fa la nonna che il solito pesce spada decongelato arrostito per esempio. Buona fortuna per il futuro!
I would like to make a constructive criticism because I believe the restaurant has a lot of untapped potential. The absolutely positive points are the location with spectacular views and the trained and very friendly staff as well as the helpful and hospitable owners.
The negative point is unfortunately the menu, the dishes are outdated and there is no attempt to try a fish cuisine a little more contemporary, too "stuck" to the 80s. oil or cream etc .. Less is more in short. Better than sardines beccafico like grandma makes them than the usual defrosted roasted swordfish for example. Good luck for the future!

The dishes were very delicious (Pizza, Spaghetti), specially the home made bio lemon sorbet ? Only the Shrimps Cocktail was too simple and common. The sea view is also beautiful!
We can recommend the La Vela!!!
