★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco da dire: per chi cercasse i migliori batarö (per chi non sapesse cos’è è un MUST da provare: una specie di calzone croccante e leggerissimo tradizionale della Val Tidone PC) non cercate oltre. Dopo anni di ricerche questo è il top. Da provare ovviamente quello della tradizione: ripieno di gorgonzola e pancetta… per un goloso come me… da brivido. La pizza niente male. Sorpresa finale un tiramisù di livello veramente superiore alle aspettative, un ottimo nocino fatto in casa, il tutto in un piacevole dehors del borgo di Trevozzo, di una serata di settembre. Merita assolutamente il viaggio.
Little to say: for those looking for the best batarö (for those who do not know what it is, it is a MUST to try: a kind of crisp and very light traditional calzone from Val Tidone PC) look no further. After years of research this is the top. Obviously, the traditional one is to be tried: stuffed with gorgonzola and pancetta ... for a sweet tooth like me ... thrilling. The pizza is not bad. Final surprise a tiramisu of a level that is truly above expectations, an excellent homemade nocino, all in a pleasant terrace in the village of Trevozzo, on a September evening. Absolutely worth the trip.
