Non so come le altri, ma per me sarebbe meglio un pochino di bruciare l'impasto...??? Really good pizza, light, perfect dough, we have three take-away pizzerias in Mestrino, but I prefer yours .. A	Ahmad Mapar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena ordinato 1 pizza (Marco, 9€) e 1 pinsa (Halloween, 9,50€). Ecco il perché di 1 stella: 1) al telefono per la richiesta di modifica di un po’ più di pomodoro e di un po’ meno mozzarella, mi è stato chiesto un aumento di 1€ (che ritengo esagerato) 2) al ritiro hanno sbagliato l’ordine scambiando la pinsa “Halloween” in pizza Halloween. Provvedono immediatamente a rifare la pinsa, peccato che la pizza “Marco” fosse già pronta ed è arrivata a casa fredda. 3) svelate le pizze a casa, le patatine fritte (specificate nel menù) della pizza Marco in realtà erano semplicemente delle patatine surgelate da bancone freezer e cotte al forno con un risultato molle e pastoso; inoltre i funghi chiodini della pinsa “Halloween” sono assenti e sostituiti dalle sbrise (pleurotus). 4) alla chiamata di chiarimenti in cui esplicitamente consiglio di modificare il menù nel loro sito per fare in modo che quanto scritto combaci effettivamente a quanto si trovi a casa, ricevo come risposta che le patatine sono in parte surgelate e in parte cotte al forno (aspetto che ugualmente non combacia con il menù) e che i funghi sono chiodini (ma neanche lontanamente). La chiamata inoltre si è conclusa senza nemmeno delle scuse o tentativi di rimediare. Tutto ciò per dire che mi sta bene pagare 9€ per una pizza di qualità, ma quando questa manca mi sento preso in giro. Allego foto per la visione. Just ordered 1 pizza (Marco, € 9) and 1 pinsa (Halloween, € 9.50). Here is the reason for 1 star: 1) on the phone to request a change of a little more tomato and a little less mozzarella, I was asked for an increase of € 1 (which I think is exaggerated) 2) when they picked up the order, they exchanged the "Halloween" pin for Halloween pizza. They immediately redo the pinsa, too bad that the pizza "Marco" was ready and arrived cold at home. 3) revealed the pizzas at home, the fries (specified in the menu) of the Marco pizza were actually simply frozen chips from the freezer counter and baked in the oven with a soft and mellow result; furthermore, the nails mushrooms of the “Halloween” pinsa are absent and replaced by the sbrise (pleurotus). 4) to the call for clarification in which I explicitly recommend changing the menu on their site to make sure that what is written actually matches what is at home, I receive as a response that the chips are partly frozen and partly baked ( aspect that also does not match the menu) and that the mushrooms are nails (but nowhere near). The call also ended without even an apology or attempts to fix it. All this to say that it is okay to pay 9 € for a quality pizza, but when this is missing I feel cheated. Preso per asporto ma c'e la possibilità di fermarsi li' a mangiare ( c'è qualche tavolino all'interno). possibilità di prendere anche supplì, fritti misti e pane. Prezzi buoni. Pizza sottile e pinsa croccante ma non dura. Ci tornerò First time I go. Both pizza and pinsa are excellent. Taken for takeaway but there is the possibility to stop there to eat (there is some table inside). possibility to take also supplì, mixed fried foods and bread. Good prices. Thin pizza and crunchy but not hard pinsa. I'll be back
