Pietrino's pizza is really delicious, light as a dough and original in the toppings. The only discordant note for me are the plastic cups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a prendere un trancio di margherita da asporto che ho mangiato 1 minuto dopo, massimo 2, ho chiesto alla ragazza di darmi quella appena sfornata e invece mi ha dato una rimanenza dicendo che erano tutte sfornate da poco e abbastanza calde, e anche se dalla mozzarella si vedeva bene che non era calda ho voluto comunque fidarmi: sono andato ad addentarla un attimo dopo ed era ghiacciata, non ho parole.
Sull'impasto e sugli ingredienti niente da dire, buoni e di qualità.
I went to get a slice of takeaway margherita that I ate 1 minute later, maximum 2, I asked the girl to give me the freshly baked one and instead she gave me a leftover saying that they were all freshly baked and quite hot, and even if from the mozzarella it was clear that it was not hot I still wanted to trust it: I went to bite into it a moment later and it was frozen, I have no words.
Nothing to say about the dough and the ingredients, good and of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è molto semplice e spartano, poco piu di una pizzeria al taglio, ma la pizza è OTTIMA. L' impasto è molto soffice e ben lievitato , ottimi ingredienti e direi anche light. Infatti si nota al palato un gusto leggero non coperto da condimenti e ne deriva una perfetta digeribilita'. Bravi
The place is very simple and spartan, little more than a pizza by the slice, but the pizza is EXCELLENT. The dough is very soft and well leavened, excellent ingredients and I would say even light. In fact, on the palate, a light taste not covered by condiments is noted and the result is perfect digestibility. Well done
